– ONLINE Course & Proctored Exam – Complete at your own pace, during your own time. Schedule to take the Proctored Exam, in our testing center, when you are ready.
– Classroom Training – Scheduled every 2 weeks at our ChefCorp ServSafe Testing Center.
Can I register for the CLASSROOM Option at the Door?
NO, Advance registration is required. Important to properly prepare for the training by completing the Practice Exam prior to attending the class. Last minute does not work for this class.
Who needs the Food Safety Manager Certification?
Florida Statutes Chapter 509.039 requires that all managers in a public food service establishment regulated by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation receive their CFPM certification. Establishments must have at least one Certified Professional Food Manager, CPFM on premise at all times.
Can I take the Food Managers Exam online?
NO, You can not take the exam at home. ChefCorp is an approved Testing Center that will administer your proctored your exam.

What is the passing score?
75% Exam Score is required to obtain your Food Safety Manager Certification. If you do pass on your first attempt. You can attend the classroom training for FREE. ChefCorp will charge $50 to retake the certification exam.
Will ChefCorp come to my facility to train my staff?
YES, minimum of 10 students are required to set a private class. Convenient Schedule available training your Staff. This option is the best to accommodate large organizations to accomplish this task in one day.
